All prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR).

Although we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. If an incorrect price has been displayed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Your order is only accepted once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel fraudulent or suspicious orders.

We accept payment methods displayed during checkout.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

Should payment fail or be reversed, the order will be cancelled.

We deliver throughout South Africa.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on:

• Courier delays

• Public holidays

• Weather conditions

• Remote delivery areas

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Please inspect your parcel immediately upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy.

• Returns are accepted within 12 days for unused items.

• Products must be unworn and in their original condition.

• Manufacturing defects are covered for up to 6 months in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Promotional vouchers or prizes:

• Cannot be transferred.

• May not be combined unless specified.

• Expire on the stated date.

While we endeavour to keep products in stock, availability cannot always be guaranteed.

Should an item become unavailable after purchase, we may:

• Delay shipment until stock arrives; or

• Issue a full refund.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
